About This Specification
This part is orientation material — read it first. It explains the current status of the specification, how it is structured, the requirement keywords it uses, and what conformance means.

How to Read This Specification — how the specification is organized: the three tiers (Guide, Reference, Requirements) and their audiences, the split between normative and informative content, and how requirement identifiers are formed.
